- Permanent Magnets
Due to high remanence and high theoretic magnetic energy product, nano-crystalline permanent magnets are the candidates of new generation high performance permanent magnets. The hot pressing and thermal deformation technology can be used to make radially orientied ring magnets with small inside diameter, thin wall, high aspect ratio, which are hard to be prepared by sintering technique.
- Special Alloys
We have vacuum inductive furnace, heating treatment furnace in vacuum or air, swape maching device, equipment for wire production. The precison alloy production line covers elastic alloy, expansion alloy, Fe-based damping alloy, pivot alloy, stainless alloy, super alloy etc. We can afford many services on melting, heat treatment, machining for kinds of alloys.
- Precision-Casting
Our precision casting product line can produce components of a variety of metals and high-performance alloys with accuracy, repeatability, versatility and integrity. It covers the refractory steel for heater, wheels for engine, CoCrMo alloy, G60 nonmagnetic die steel, NiCrCu alloy for glass industry, high strength stainless steel wire, superalloy wire and so on.
- Shielding Materials & Devices
We can mass-produce many sorts of conventional magnetic shielding devices the type of which include horizontal cylindrical, vertical cylindrical and rectangular ones. The magnetic induction in these devices canbe 1nT, 2nT, 5nT, 10nT and 100nT. For obtaining different properties, 1 to 5 layers are used.
- Brazing Materials
Braze welding is an advanced welding method. Compared with the fusion welding, the braze welding has three merits: Firstly, it is easy to ensure the accurate size of the work piece because of the uniform heating; Secondly, it can produce perfect joint without machining; And thirdly, it is possible for multiple welding seams or a large number of work pieces to be welded simultaneously or successively. We started the research of titanium-based foil solders in 1998 and successfully prepared the solders for the first time in China. At the appraisal meeting of the material in 2002, the experts present held conformably that the successful work on the new type of solder fills the gap at home and keeps ahead in the world. We have developed solders of three series and many specifications up to now.
- Amorphous
Amorphous and nano-crystalline soft magnetic materials have found wide applications in electric power, electronic and power-electronic industries. The losses of the core made of Fe-based amorphous is only 1/3ˇ«1/2 that of Si-steel counterpart, which is of great energy saving significance. Nano-crystalline soft materials developed for high frequency uses have much better high frequency properties i.e. low loss and high permeability than that of other soft magnetic materials so as to be used in a variety of electronic or power-electronic devices to reduce their volume and weight.
- Magnetostrictive Materials and Devices
We have the ˇ°one-stepˇ± melting, solidifying and heat treating equipment and zone melting equipment, which can produce a variety of specifications of giant magnetostrictive materials, such as Tb-Dy-Fe, Fe-Ga alloys. We have the capabilities in processing of materials and developing the application devices.
- Magnetic Fluid
Magnetic fluid is a superparamagnetism material which is composed of nano-size magnetic particles evenly dispersed and suspended in the oil-based solution. Under the gravity field, magnetic field, and centrifugal force field, magnetic fluid is stable. Magnetic fluid is widely used abroad for aero-space, electronics, instruments, machinery, metallurgy, environmental protection and other areas. At present, the most extensive use is the dynamic seal in various conditions.
- Hydrogen Storage Materials
The hydrogen storage material is one of energy storage materials, and it is an important host for the storage and the transportation of hydrogen in hydrogen energy system. A combination of hydrogen and hydrogen storage materials will be a perfect mode for the development and the applications of new energy sources in the 21 century, which will play a significant role in the high-tech field. Of several kinds of hydrogen storage materials, metal hydride hydrogen storage material is one of the mostly investigated, high propertie integrated and widely used material, while some nonmetallic materials, such as carbon-based materials and glass microspheres, as well as organic liquid and some inorganic compounds are promising hydrogen storage materials, which have drawn more and more studies.
