Feasibility Analysis for the construction of NdFeB Production Line and the Technology Transfer for the manufacturing Thereof
Rare-earth permanent magnets have been developed in CISRI since 1967 and CISRI is amang the earliest in the world where the research on rare-earth permanent magnets was done in combination with production. Up to now, a lot of achivements in scientific research, production, technology spreading and application have been gained, some of which won numerous national awards. Several hundreds of papers were published in various publications both at home and abroad. More than a dozen of inventions in the field were patented as well.
Research projects awarded are listed as below: (1) TOPIC: High Performance Rare-earth Permanent Magnet Material--Preparation Process and key Technology for Inductrialization. AWARD a): The 2nd Class National Science & Technology Progress Award in the year of 2008. AWARD b): The 1st class Bejing Science & Technology Progress Award. (2) TOPIC: New Type of Rare-Earth Permanent Magnet Material and Method for the Manufacturing Thereof. AWARD: The 1st Class National Science & Technology Progress Award in the year of 1989. (3)TOPIC a): High Performance Radially Oriented Rare-earth Magnet and Method for the Manufacturing thereof. AWARD: The 3rd Class National Invention Award in the year of 1982. TOPIC b): Two Phase High Performance Fe-based Rare-earth Permanent Magnet Material and Method for the Manufacturing Thereof. AWARD: The 3rd Class National Invention Award in the year of 1991. (4) There are also several projects having won the Science Progress Award of provincial or ministerial level.
The main technical services handled in CISRI includ: technology development, technology transfer, technical consultation, technical training etc.. CISRI own the qualification certificate for engineering consultation and has provided services such as consultation, feasibility report composition, patent transfer and technology suport for several NdFeB manufacturers, which speeded up the development of the NdFeB industry of China in both quantity and quality.
